Financial Policy

We participate with most major insurance carriers/plans. Please be sure to have your current insurance card with you at each visit. We will bill your participating insurance carrier/plan for your services and receive payment directly from them.

Co-payments are required at time of service. If you have a previous outstanding balance with any Wentworth Health Partners provider, payment for that balance will also be requested at the time of service. If you do not have insurance, payment will be requested at time of service. All non-insured patients will receive a 15% discount.

Prompt payment is expected upon receipt of your statement. Failure to meet your financial obligations may result in collection activity and/or may impact your status with our practice. If you are having difficulty paying your bill, Wentworth-Douglass does offer Financial Assistance.

Effective February 1, 2019, Wentworth Health Partners and Wentworth Douglass Hospital will only accept credit cards and checks for patient co-payments, prepayments and outstanding balance payments. Cash payments can be made at the Financial Services Office at 121 Broadway, Dover, NH.
